END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Product: Gatton CNC 2.0 Plans, Instructions, and Video Tutorials
Licensor: Dave Gatton dba GarageWorX CNC
By purchasing and/or downloading the Gatton CNC 2.0 plans, instructions, and videos (the "Product"), you (the "Licensee") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, GarageWorX CNC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for Personal Use Only. This license permits the Licensee to build the Gatton CNC 2.0 router machines for their own private workshop or hobbyist use.
2. Restrictions on Use
The Licensee is strictly prohibited from the following:
Commercial Manufacturing: You may not build CNC router machines based on these plans for the purpose of sale, resale, or commercial distribution.
Resale of Product: You may not resell, sublicense, or rent the plans, instructions, or video content in their original or modified form.
Distribution & Sharing: You may not share, gift, or distribute the Product files with any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing files via email, USB drives, or cloud storage.
Public Disclosure: You may not post, upload, or share specific technical drawings, dimensions, or instructional content from the Product on social media, websites, forums, or any public digital platform.
3. Intellectual Property
The Gatton CNC 2.0 plans, files, instructions, and videos are the exclusive intellectual property of Dave Gatton dba GarageWorX CNC. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Product (including copyrights and trade secrets) remain with GarageWorX CNC. No ownership of the intellectual property is transferred to the Licensee.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as-is." GarageWorX CNC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the construction or operation of a CNC machine built using these plans. CNC machining involves inherent risks; the Licensee assumes all responsibility for safety and tool operation.
5. Termination
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license. GarageWorX CNC reserves the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement or breach of contract.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
Build any or all of the four sizes of the Gatton CNC 2.0 for your own personal use.
Modify the design to suit your personal shop needs.
Share photos and videos of your finished machine on social media (we love seeing your progress!).
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:
Build these machines to sell them to others.
Sell, share, or give away these plans, instructions, or videos.
Post screenshots of dimensions, parts lists, or specific drawings online.
These plans are the result of years of testing and refinement. Thank you for respecting the hard work that went into creating them and for supporting the DIY CNC community.
